Who we are

Aptivate is an AI-fluency training company for small and mid-sized businesses. These terms govern your use of this website only.

What this site is

This is an informational marketing website. It describes what Aptivate does, publishes a blog, and offers a contact form for starting a conversation. It is not a SaaS product: there is no login, no user accounts, no user-generated content, and no payment processing happens on this site itself. Nothing on this site forms a contract for a training engagement on its own. See "Client engagements" below.

Acceptable use

You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. In using it, please don't:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Use the contact form to submit spam, malicious content, or automated bulk submissions.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content in a way that misrepresents its source.

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Aptivate, except where explicitly credited otherwise. You're free to reference or link to this site; reproducing substantial parts of its content or design elsewhere without permission isn't.

Client engagements

These terms cover the website only. If you engage Aptivate for a paid training program, the scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and liability for that engagement are set out separately, in writing, per client. They are not defined by, or inferable from, this page.

Articles published on the Aptivate blog reflect our own research at the time of writing. They're shared to be useful, but they are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows the specifics of your situation.
